The DuPage Health Coalition is currently expanding its Medical Debt Navigation Program to serve any DuPage County resident, regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status. 

Income does impact the resources available to assist a consumer, but having insurance does not necessarily mean that no financial assistance is available.
